Interrupting a Sample
To turn sampling OFF:
Press the red Pump Stop Button on the left side of the control panel. Sampling
may be stopped before the sampling sequence is completed. When stopped before
completion, the sample data run will be marked invalid if the sample volume is less
than the required minimum.
Disabling the Statistics Mode
You may need to disable the statistics mode in the following circumstances:
• when the Statistics Setup parameters must be changed
• when the area being sampled for certification is found to be hopelessly out of
specification
• when you are done sampling
To disable the statistics mode:
1 Navigate to the Statistics Setup-Setup screen.
2 Enable the edit mode by pressing the Enter button and then use the Right Tab
softkey to navigate to the Disable-Enable selection box.
3 Press the Left Button and highlight the Off icon and then press the Enter button.
If all required samples have not been completed, the following warning will
appear:
CAUTION
Before disabling the statistics mode, ensure that all required reports have
been printed. Once the statistics mode is disabled, reports cannot be
printed. CSV data can still be downloaded by means of the web browser
interface allowing statistical information to be generated by an experienced
user.
