Humdty Effects
Sensor output s relatvely unaffected by prolonged operaton n ether hgh or very low relatve humdty
If the sensor shows sgns of beng affected by condensaton, dry the sensor wth soft tssue
AUTION
DO NOT use heat to dry the sensor
Temperature Effects
The sensor has a bult-n temperature compensaton crcut, and s relatvely unaffected by temperature changes wthn the
operatng temperature range gven above
Pressure Effects
The sensor measures O partal pressure, and ts output wll rse and fall due to pressure change (eg changes n barometrc
pressure, or breathng system pressure)
An ncrease n pressure of 10% at the sensor nlet wll produce a 10% ncrease n sensor output
NOTE
Alttude compensaton s automatcally appled durng calbraton
