5.4.1 Fresh Gas Supply
Sngle as Outlet System
1 The outlet (1) s located at the front of the machne
The outlet has a 22 mm male taper and concentrc 15 mm
female taper
2 Fresh gas s delvered to the rear of the absorber (2)
3 onnect the fresh gas hose assembly suppled wth the
machne to the outlet (1) and the nlet at the rear of the
absorber (2)
Selectable Open or losed rcut as Outlet System
The system allows the user to select ether the closed or open
breathng crcut confguraton

When the swtch (3) s n the upper poston (as llustrated)
fresh gas s delvered to the outlet (4) at the rear of the
machne, for connecton to the absorber (5)
The system operates n a closed crcut confguraton
