6.5.4 Bellows Assemblies
AUTION
Always ensure correct ftment of bellows (see llustraton),
and carry out a full functon test before clncal use, f a
bellows s removed and reftted
Remove and reft
1 Remove the bellows housng (1)
Twst carefully counter-clockwse untl the bayonet tabs
become free, then lft up from the base (2)
2 Remove the bellows (3)
3 Reft the bellows and check for correct assembly, as
llustrated (4)
4 Ft the bellows housng (1) by pushng down, then twstng
clockwse untl the bayonet tabs completely engage
5 Functon test the ventlator - secton 7332
NOTE
If there s any malfuncton, the ventlator must NOT be used
If the problem cannot be rectfed, the ventlator must be
checked by an engneer traned by the manufacturer
Fttng a Paedatrc Bellows Assembly
1 Remove the adult bellows housng (1)
Twst carefully counter-clockwse untl the bayonet tabs
become free, then lft up from the base (2) Remove the
bellows (3)
2 Ft the paedatrc adaptor (5) Press the adaptor frmly nto
the ventlator bellows assembly base (2)
3 Ft the paedatrc bellows (6) to the adaptor
heck for correct assembly, as llustrated (4)
4 Ft the paedatrc bellows housng (7) to the base by
pushng down, then twstng clockwse untl the bayonet
tabs completely engage
5 Functon test the ventlator - secton 7332
