 Register the correct device certificate.
14-24 Destination and device
certificate is in valid in
S/MIME
 Register the correct user certificate and
device certificate.
14-30 MCS File Creation Failed Failed to create the MCS file because:
 The number of files created with other
applications on the Document Server has
exceeded the limit.
 HDD is full or not operating correctly.
 Software error.
14-31 UFS File Creation Failed UFS file could not be created:
 Not enough space in UFS area to handle
both Scan-to-Email and IFAX
transmission.
 HDD full or not operating correctly.
 Software error.
14-32 Cancelled the Mail Due to
Error Detected by NFAX
 Error detected with NFAX and send was
cancelled due to a software error.
14-33 No Mail Address For the
Machine
 Neither the mail address of the machine
nor the mail address of the network
administrator is registered.
14-34 Address designated in the
domain for SMTP sending
does not exist
 Operational error in normal mail sending
or direct SMTP sending.
 Check the address selected in the
address book for SMTP sending.
 Check the domain selection.
14-50 Mail Job Task Error Due to an FCU mail job task error, the send
was cancelled:
 Address book was being edited during
creation of the notification mail.
 Software error.
