P870/P871/P872 Setpoint description PO1/PO2/PO3
Defines the content of the process output data words PO1/PO2/PO3. The power sec-
tion "PFA-..." can only allocate the corresponding setpoints according to this specifica-
tion.
Specifically, the parameters are:
