The sectionalizer cold load pickup threshold is set at address 9511 Sec. CLP PU. The sectionalizer cold load
drop-out threshold is set at address 9513 Sec. CLP DO. The parameter 9513 Sec. CLP DO must be set
greater than the parameter 9511 Sec. CLP PU, otherwise the sectionalizer CLP will be blocked.
The sectionalizer cold load pickup time delay is set at address 9512 Sec. CLP PU T. The sectionalizer cold
load drop-out time delay is set at address 9514 Sec. CLP DO T.
Sectionalizer Protection
The sectionalizer function can be turned ON or OFF in address 9501 FCT Sec..
The open sectionalizer counter is set at address 9521 Open Sec. Cnt. .
The minimum phase detection during normal condition threshold is set at address 9522 Min. Iph.
The minimum neutral detection during normal condition threshold is set at address 9523 Min. Ignd.
