Additional Applications with 6 Voltage Inputs
General
Description
For a primary object with voltage inputs from two (load) sides, for example, reclosers, both sides must be
supervised. Each side has a set of 3 voltage inputs. 7SC803 supports 6 voltage inputs, that is, the terminals VA,
VB, VC defined as side 1 voltage inputs and V2A, V2B, V2C as side 2 voltage inputs. The following figure
shows a typical connection.

Besides the functions of side 1 introduced in the previous chapters, 7SC803 provides additional functions of
side 2. All side 2 parameters and information are marked with Side 2 or S2.
Setting Notes
All parameters of three voltage inputs of side 2 can be set separately from side 1. However, the parameteriza-
tion is the same. The available parameters are listed in the setting table.

To enable the applications of side 2, the parameter 712 VT Assignment must be set to 6xPT.
