Evaluating the ERR_JOB Error Bit
As soon as the STS_JOB feedback bit is deleted at time stamp 4, evaluate the ERR_JOB
error bit. Note that the STS_JOB feedback bit is only deleted if the DIR_P, DIR_M, and
C_PAR control bits are deleted.
