9.3 NXGPro+ ToolSuite
The NXGPro+ ToolSuite is a PC-based application software package that integrates various
software tools used for NXGpro based drives. One of the tools contained within ToolSuite is the
drive tool. The drive tool allows you to navigate through a drive’s features using a PC and a mouse
or touch screen, allowing you to monitor and control the drive’s functions. The drive tool is a
high-level GUI that runs on a PC equipped with a Microsoft Windows operating system. The
control, and the PC running the drive tool, interface with each other using ethernet and TCP/IP
protocols.
The structure of the menu hierarchy is slightly dierent with this tool than with the keypad. For
full coverage of the drive tool, refer to the NXGPro+ ToolSuite Software Manual.
