10.5 Input Flags
Input ags are symbols that are encountered on the right hand side of a source statement. They
express the state of an input to the system.
Input ags are identied by <variable>_I.
Input ags represent items such as:
• digital inputs
• switches
• the state of a system process
• internal variables
• comparator ags
• a literal (TRUE, FALSE).
These input ags are combined using the unary and binary operators to form logic expressions.
