Fault display Type Enable Potential causes and corrective actions
xx T2 NTC Temp Warning
xx = cell that has alarm
A Fixed Cause
The T2 NTC temperature has surpassed the alarm threshold.
Action
1. Verify if the cooling fans are operating.
2. Verify the load current doesn’t exceed the cell current capability.
3. Verify if the drive ambient temperature is above the ambient alarm
level temperature.
4. Verify if lters are clogged and / or need to be replaced.
xx T1 NTC Temp Fault
xx = cell that is faulted
F Fixed Cause
The IGBT1 NTC temperature has exceeded the fault temperature thresh‐
old.
Action
1. Verify if the cooling fans are operating.
2. Verify the load current doesn’t exceed the cell current capability.
3. Verify if the drive ambient temperature is above the ambient alarm
level temperature.
4. Verify if lters are clogged and / or need to be replaced.

xx Humidity Alarm
xx = cell that has alarm
A Fixed Cause
The humidity sensor reading exceeded the alarm level threshold.
Action
1. Verify if the load drive ambient relative humidity is above the humidity
alarm level threshold.
2. Replace the CCB.
xx 2Q Phases Shorted
xx = cell that is faulted
F Fixed Cause
The cell has sensed that there is a short-circuit condition between two
phases of the input voltages to the cell.
Action
1. Verify if the condition is due to an external short-circuit to the cell.
2. It is recommended to have the cell repaired or replaced.
