software during booting.
"no" No installation authorization
Logon dialog: "no" Display "Service Logon" dialog.

Veto Dialog: "no" For pending installation during the boot up:
No prompting, the installation begins
immediately.
"yes" For pending installation during the boot up:
Prompt asking whether to install.
