1. Double click on the antenna’s name in the list.
The position settings dialogue appears
Set the position and click OK
2. Click on the antenna’s name in the list selecting it.
When the item is selected double click on the desired position within the shape plot . The
antenna’s symbol changes its position.
The position of the antenna can be monitored within the box located at top right-hand
corner of the window.
Where:
• A is the distance from the portside
• B is the distance from the starboard
• C is the distance from the bow
• D is the distance from the stern
Fixing a precise GPS antenna position is very important with regard to displaying the ship in
her correct position, particularly when the chart is displayed with a precise scale and the ship
at her correct scale.
