1 1) Click the data monitor button (1).
2) Check the secondary throttle actuator position sensor
data.
Secondary throttle position approx. 0% OK?
Go to Step 2. Go to Step 4.
2 1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2) Check the STP sensor coupler for loose or poor
contacts.
If OK, then check the STP sensor lead wire continuity.
3) Disconnect the STP sensor coupler.
Go to Step 3. R or Y/W wire open, or
Y/W wire shorted to the
ground.
