4) Remove the wind screen (2) and upper panel (3).
5) Remove the turn signal lights (4), left and right. Refer
to “Front Turn Signal Light Removal and Installation
in Section 9B (Page 9B-9)”.
6) Remove the cowling (5) along with the lower panel
(6).
7) Remove the lower panel (6) from the cowling (5).
8) Disconnect the headlight and position light couplers.
9) Remove the headlight assembly (7).
10) Remove the cowling brace (8).
Installation
Install the cowling and cowling brace in the reverse order
of removal. Pay attention to the following point:
• After installing, be sure to inspect the headlight beam.
Refer to “Headlight Beam Adjustment in Section 9B
(Page 9B-5)”.
Front Fender
