Probable Cause
1. One of the thermal sensors for optical detector block has
broken.
Corrective Action
1. Turn the power OFF, then ON again. If the error persists,
contact your Sysmex technical representative.

Probable Cause
1. One of the thermal sensors for detecting outside air
temperature has broken.
Corrective Action
1. Turn the power OFF, then ON again. If the error persists,
contact your Sysmex technical representative.

IMI Reac Temp High HPC
IMI Reac Temp Low HPC
Status:
Not Ready
Category:
Analysis Error
Probable Cause
1. IMI reaction temperature is outside the regulation range for
HPC analysis mode.
Corrective Action
1. IMI reaction temperature stabilization:
Press the HELP key on the Main Unit panel keypad. Select
“OK” on the function menu to execute IMI temperature
stabilization sequence. In this case, it is possible to perform
analysis in normal mode even if the error persists.

Env Temp Low HPC

Probable Cause
1. The ambient temperature in which the instrument is used is
outside the the regulation range for HPC analysis mode.
Corrective Action
1. Check the ambient temperature:
Keep surrounding temperature within the range 20-30°C, in
which HPC analysis mode is usable. In this case, it is
possible to perform analysis in normal mode even if the
error persists.

IMI Temp Stab. ERR
Status:
Not Ready
Probable Cause
1. Before the IMI reaction temperature stabilized, the transition
to HPC mode was processed, and the HPC sleep
restoration process was completed.
Corrective Action
1. IMI reaction temperature stabilization:
Press the HELP key on the Main Unit panel keypad. Select
“OK” on the function menu to execute IMI temperature
stabilization sequence. In this case, it is possible to perform
analysis in normal mode even if the error persists.
