• Manual closed mode
In manual closed mode, the sampler is used to aspirate the
sample, without opening the cap of the sample tube. This
mode is basically the same as manual, HPC and body fluid
modes; mixing and continuous analysis can not be
performed automatically.
6.16 Preparing sample analysis
Samples
• Collect the specified amount of blood (corresponding to the
amount of EDTA anticoagulant).
• Using CELLPACK dispensed ahead of time, dilute the
sample to a 1:5 ratio for capillary mode.
