2.4 Logging on to Response Point Administrator
After the initial hardware and software installation, the DOS-A50 is automati-
cally detected through the LAN connection. Perform the following steps to log in
to Response Point Administrator:
1. To launch Microsoft Response Point Administrator, go to Start´ All Pro-
grams´ Microsoft Response Point Administrator.
The IMPORTANT NOTICE screen displays.
2. Take a moment to read the information, then click OK.
The Select the base unit screen displays.
3. Select the desired DOS-A50 (only one entry is present in the previous
image), and click Connect.

OTE: The connection process can take a few seconds. If the required DOS-
A50 is not present, see Troubleshooting on page 163.
