• Job Role—an extension number belonging to a job title shared by different
people, for example, receptionist.
• Location—an extension belonging to a specific location, for example, can-
teen or lobby.
3. Fill in the Name fields. Ensure information easily identifies the user.

OTE: Enter the user information as a caller would say it.
4. Click Record Name to specify how the Automated Receptionist identifies
the user.
Three Automated Response patterns are available:
• Use computer-generated speech—the default response is computer gener-
ated speech. Click Play to listen to a generated sample of the Words to
say field.
