filter The filter should be formatted as '(operator operand
operand)'. Possible operators are ==, !=, <, <=, >, >=, and,
or, not. The left operand is a parameter name. The right
operand is a parameter value. For boolean operators the
operands are filters. Example: '(== Name eth0)'.
