where:
type The codec type REQUIRED
ptime The packet time OPTIONAL
ptime_g723 The packet time OPTIONAL
ptime_ilbc The packet time OPTIONAL
vad Enable or disable Voice Activity Detection OPTIONAL
priority The codec capability priority OPTIONAL
status Enable or disable this capability OPTIONAL
