Add a local DNS host
SYNTAX:
dns server host add name = <string>
[addr = <ip-address>]
[ttl = <number>]
where:
name The name of an IP host to add. REQUIRED
addr The IP address of the host. OPTIONAL
ttl The lifetime of the host. OPTIONAL
