[auth-client = <{disabled|enabled}>]
[valid-date = <{disabled|enabled}>]
where:
state SSL/TLS server for HTTPS state OPTIONAL
auth-client Request client authentication OPTIONAL
valid-date Check certificate validity date OPTIONAL
