where:
state Enable or disable the web filter OPTIONAL
serverunreachable Block or allow requests when the categorization server is
unreachable
OPTIONAL
uncategorized Block or allow requests for which no category is available OPTIONAL
license OPTIONAL
ticket OPTIONAL
sessionkey OPTIONAL
