[pause = <{none|asym|sym|both}>]
where:
intf The Ethernet port's name to adapt or show info from. REQUIRED
speed The speed mode. OPTIONAL
duplex The duplex mode. OPTIONAL
pause The flow-control mode. OPTIONAL
