Send HTTP probe to measure the round trip time taken to connect and access
SYNTAX:
ip debug httpprobe url = <string>
[version = <{1.0|1.1}>]
where:
url The Uniform Resource Locator identifying the HTTP
server.
REQUIRED
version The version of the HTTP server. OPTIONAL
