Operands OVC 6-bit overflow counter
Description Load the overflow counter (OVC) with the lower 6 bits of the location pointed
to by the “loc16” addressing mode:
OVC = [loc16(5:0)]

The 6-bit overflow counter is modified.
Repeat This instruction is not repeatable. If this instruction follows the RPT
instruction, it resets the repeat counter (RPTC) and executes only once.
