Protects WD from being disabled
0 = WDDIS bit in WDCR has no effect (WD cannot be disabled)
1 = WDDIS bit in WDCR can disable the watchdog
• This bit is a clear-only bit (write 1 to clear)
• The reset default of this bit is a 1
