1. Park the mower safely. (See “Park Mower Safely” on
page 1-5.)

2. Install motor mount assembly (4) using three screws
(1), lock washers (2), and nuts (3).

3. Apply Loctite
®
242 (Blue) Thread Sealant to set
screw (5) and install until flush with the inside
diameter of pulley (6).
4. Align relief (7) with keyway (9). Press pulley (6) onto
motor shaft until shoulder (8) bottoms out.
5. Align set screw (5) with groove (10). Tighten set
screw (5).
