Differential Assembly
Disassembly and Assembly

1. Remove two set screws (1), pinion shaft (2), two
thrust washers (5), and pinion gears (6) from
differential (3).
2. Remove differential (3) from the traction drum shaft
(4).
Assembly Notes
• Assembly is done by reversing the order of
disassembly.
• Apply grease that meets or exceeds NLGI Grade 2
LB specifications to the pinion gear teeth before
assembly.
