5. Remove screws (19), flat washers (22), lock washers
(23), nuts (24), and brackets (18) from brush.
6. Remove nuts (1), washers (2), flat springs (3),
spacers (4), flat washers (5), brush mounting rods
(15), and U-bolts (10).
7. Remove screws (11), nuts (14), lock washers (13),
and cams (12).
8. Remove nuts (6), lock washers (7), push brush
mount (8), and U-bolt (9) from each side of mower.
Assembly Notes
• Inspect parts for wear or damage and replace as
necessary.
• Assemble push brush assembly by reversing the
order of disassembly.
• Use nuts (16) and (20) to center the push brush on
the mower.
• Adjust the push brush by lowering the push brush to
the ground and adjusting cam (12) on each side of
mower so there is a gap of approximately 0.25 in.
(6.3 mm) between rod (15) and cam (12).
