3.1.6 Replacing the Platen Roller
1. Refer to Section 3.1.1 to remove the front cover.
2. Slightly push both pinches to release the platen roller from the printer module.
3. Take off the platen roller.
4. Replace the platen roller with a new one and then reassemble it in the reverse order of removal.
5. After replacing, perform a diagnostic test print or print a sample label to make sure the printer is
performing correctly regarding the following points.
 The label is issued correctly.
 No noise is generated during the print operation.
 None of blurred print, smudge, etc. is generated.
