Returning
Circuit
Boards
When
packaging
circuit
boards
use
the
following
guidelines:
e Whenever possible, use the same packing materials in which you
received the circuit board.
e Place each circuit board or subassembly in an electrostatic discharge
(ESD) bag or container.
e Provide a separate packing container for each circuit board.
+ When returning a subassembly with electrical components, use at least
four inches of tightly packed, industry approved, shock absorbing,
ESD packing material on all sides, including the bottom.
Ordering Replacement Parts
When ordering replacement parts for the console, include this
information:
* Model number (located on the label on the CUSA system rear panel)
* Serial number (located on the label on the CUSA system rear panel)
* Part number (Refer to the Replacement Parts section in this manual).
When ordering replacement parts for the handpiece, include the serial
number (located on the handpiece connector).
