Baery disconnected
from board.
Dead or disconnected
baeries detected by SDC
board. Operator may sll
be funconal if on AC
power but will not have
baery backup. Was Error
9 in pre-h5.57 soware
versions.
Replace or reconnect baeries
to the controller.
35 FAULT 2
PHOTO EYE
The photo eye is missing
or not working.
This fault can only occur
if the special supervised
photo eye funcon is
enabled in the Installer
Menu. See “Installing
Photoelectric Sensors
for External Entrapment
Protecon Only” on page
145 for details.

Possible causes:
- Motor wires
disconnected.
- DC switch o.
1. Check DC motor wires;
check motor brushes.
2. Turn DC power switch on.
3. Press RESET to clear fault.
