49) Operate the chain block (H8, Fig. 14) to
lift the guide shoe (1).
50) Remove the chain (94325, Fig. 13), the
shackle (94019N) and manual
ratchet (H1).
51) Attach the chain chain (94325) the
shackle (94019N) and manual ratchet
(H1, Fig. 14) to the other side od the
crosshead pin.
52) Operate the chain block (H3) to lift the
guide shoe (2).
53) When the crosshead (1, Fig. 15) is in
the first or last cylinder position, do
steps 54) to 59).
54) Attach the eye bolt (94045-M56) to an
applicable hole in the column.
55) Attach the manual ratchet (H6) to the
eye bolt (9045-M56) and to the shackle
of the lifting tool (94324).
56) Operate the manual ratchet (H6) to pull
the crosshead pin from the guide shoe.
57) Operate the chain block (H8) to lift the
guide shoe (2 or 3).
58) Remove the manual ratchet (H6) and
the eye bolt (94045-M56).
59) Attach the eye bolt (94045-M56) and
the manual ratchet (H6) to the other
side of the column.
60) Do the steps 55) to 59) for the other
guide shoe.
61) Remove the manual ratchet (H6) and
the eye bolt (94045−M56).
62) Attach the deviation pipe (94117B,
Fig. 16) to the door frame.
63) Attach the deviation pipe (94117C) to
the support on the supply unit.
