2D-LC Data Analysis/Data Evaluation for MassHunter
MassHunter 2D-LC File Structure
The 2D-LC results from the MassHunter Acquisition 11.0 have a special data
structure. In the example shown, the 2D-LC data are analyzed with an LC/MS
UV-QTOF instrument and evaluated with the MassHunter Qualitative Analysis
Software 10.0.

This file stores the complete information from
2
D run, e.g the MS,
and the UV signals.
2D-LC Folder_Cuts This folder stores and lists all cuts in the correct order by cut
number and cut time, e.g
Filename – Cut01 at 2.31 min.d.
The data files store cut info as cuts.csv and the file splitter log file as
FSsplitterlog.txt.
