Connecting the tray quadrants
The recommended plumbing used to connect the tray quadrants is shown in
Figure 87. Use 6.35-mm id (1/4-in.) tubing.

Calculating the water bath temperature
The temperature of the sample vials depends on several factors, including the
ambient temperature of the air around the tray and the temperature of the
water bath.
