PPPoE Commands
pppoe
Syntax [no] pppoe
Context config>service>vprn>sub-if>grp-if
Description This command enables the context to configure PPPoE parameters.
dhcp-client
Syntax dhcp-client
Context config>service>vprn>sub-if>grp-if>pppoe
Description This command enables the context to configure the PPPoE-to-DHCP options.
ccag-use-origin-sap
Syntax [no] ccag-use-origin-sap
Context config>service>vprn>sub-if>grp-if>pppoe>dhcp-client
Description This command enables the original VPLS SAP to be included in the circuit-id option to send to the
DHCP server (in case this interface is connected to a VPLS by a CCA MDA).
The no form of the command disables the feature.
Default no ccag-use-origin-sap
pap-chap-user-db
Syntax pap-chap-user-db local-user-db-name
no pap-chap-user-db
Context config>service>vprn>sub-if>grp-if>pppoe
Description This command configures the local user database to use for PPP Challenge-Handshake
Authentication Protocol/Password Authentication Protocol (PAP/CHAP) authentication.
If an authentication policy is also configured, pppoe-access-method must be set to none in this
authentication policy to use the local user database (in that case RADIUS authentication will not be
used for PPPoE hosts).
Parameters local-user-db-name — Specifies the local user database to use for authentication.
