5.4 Hydraulic operating brake system
To control the hydraulic operating brake system, the tractor requires
hydraulic braking equipment.
5.4.1 Coupling the hydraulic operating brake system
Only couple clean hydraulic couplings.
1. Remove the protective cap (Fig. 56/1).
2. If neces
sary, clean the hydraulic connectors
(Fig. 55) and hydraulic connector socket.
3. Connect the hydraulic connector socket on
the machine face with the hydraulic con-
nector on the tractor face.

5.4.2 Uncoupling the hydraulic operating brake system
1. Unlock the hydraulic connectors from the
hydraulic sockets.
2. Secure the hydraulic connectors and hy-
draulic connector socket with protective
caps (Fig. 56/1) against soiling.
3. Place the hydraulic hose line in the hose
cabinet.
