8.5.1 Setting the RoTeC plastic discs
If it is not possible to achieve the desired planting depth as described,
adjust all RoTeC plastic discs evenly in accordance with the table
(
Fig. 128).
Thus the plastic disc can engage in three positions or be removed
from the RoTeC coulter.
Then readjust the placement depth.
This setting influences the planting depth of the seed.
Check the planting depth of the seed after each adjustment.
1 Engagement position 1 Planting depth approximately 2 cm
2 Engagement position 2 Planting depth approximately 3 cm
3 Engagement position 3 Planting depth approximately 4 cm
4 Sowing without plastic disc Planting depth > 4 cm
