• Lowering the discs of the tramline marker if the tramline counter
displays "0" on the AMATRON 3 display.
5. Lower/raise the tractor's lower link until the machine is approxi-
mately horizontal. As an orientation aid, there is a chain beside
the draw rail.
6. Check and, if required, correct the tramline rhythm on the AMA-
TRON 3 display (see the AMATRON 3 operating manual).
7. Check and, if required, correct the tramline counter on the AMA-
TRON 3 display (see the AMATRON 3 operating manual).
8. Actuate control unit green
(only with the machine setting "Turning on the axle").
→ Actuate control unit green until the required disc array working
depth has been reached.
9. Start.

After 100 m check and correct as necessary the:
• Working intensity of the disc array
• Planting depth of the seed .
• Working intensity (depending on the equipment)
ο of the exact harrow,
ο of the drag tines
ο of the seed pressure rollers.
Check on a change from light soil to heavy soil and vice versa
• Planting depth of the seed.
10.8.1 Checking the seed planting depth
1. Sow approximately 100 m at working speed.
2. Uncover the seed at several points and check the placement
depth.
