Chapter 1 — General
Information
1-1 Introduction
This chapter covers general information including a description, optional accessories,
preventive maintenance. ESD verifications, and calibration requirements for the VNA Master
models listed below. This user guide supports both VNA Master plus VNA Master plus
Spectrum Analysis models. Throughout this manual, the following terms apply:
• VNA Master or MS20xxA refers to the MS2024A, MS2026A, MS2034A, or
MS2036A
• MS202xA refers to either the MS2024A or MS2026A
• MS203xA refers to either the MS2034A or the MS2036A
