High Accuracy Power Meter (HAPM) Mode
To prepare for High Accuracy Power Meter measurements, the VNA Master must be
configured for High Accuracy Power Meter mode, as follows:
1. Select the
Shift key, then the Mode (9) key.
2. Use the directional arrow keys or the rotary knob to highlight
High Accuracy Power Meter
and press the
Enter key to select.

• MS202xA or MS203xA VNA Master
• High Accuracy Power Sensor, PSN50 or MA24106A
