Specified paper size is not supported for duplex printing (DX)
Cover is Open
Make sure there is no paper jammed inside the machine and close
the Back Cover, then press Start.
User Check
• Check if the paper is jammed in the back cover. If jammed, remove it.
Step Cause Remedy
1
DX sensor failure Check the sensor performance following
the procedure described in “Maintenance
mode 32”. If any problem occurs, replace
the relay rear PCB ASSY.
2 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Size mismatch DX
Press Job Cancel. Specify the correct paper and load the same
size paper as the Printer driver setting.
User Check
• Remove the jammed paper, and use the A4 size or letter size paper, and load the same
size paper as the printer driver setting.
Step Cause Remedy
1 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
