EXEC Commands
Syntax Description
Defaults No default behavior or values.
Command Modes EXEC
Usage Guidelines Enables an application.
You cannot use this command to start ACS.
Examples acs/admin# application start acs
acs/admin#
Related Commands
application stop
To disable a specific application, use the application stop command in the EXEC mode. To remove this
function, use the no form of this command.
application stop application-name
Syntax Description

start Enables an application bundle.
application-name Name of the predefined application that you want to enable. Up to
255
alphanumeric characters.
Command Description
application install Installs an application bundle.
application remove Removes or uninstalls an application.
application stop Stops or disables an application.
application upgrade Upgrades an application bundle.
show application Shows application information for the installed application packages
on the system.
stop Disables an application.
application-name Name of the predefined application that you want to disable. Up to 255
