3-6. Disassembly, Reassembly and Lubrication
CL-E700 series 3-14
1. Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x5K) () and detach the “Cover PF Motor” () to the left.
2. Open the Head Block.
3. Remove the 1 screw (NO2 BH M3.0x12D) () and detach the “Cover PF Motor 2” ()
upwardly.
4. Disconnect the connector J304 () from the “SA Relay PCB”.
5. Close the Head Block.
6. Remove the 2 screws (BH M3.0x4 (NI)) () and detach the “Unit Ribbon” () by lifting it
upwardly.
DO NOT loosen the following “Forbidden Screws”. Once they are loosened,
correct ribbon running cannot be assured.
Note on reassembling:
• Mount the “Cover PF Motor 2” () with the Head Block opened.
