(3) Cam Head Balance
1. Remove the “S
pring Head L” (short) and “Spring Head R” (long).
2. Remove the “Cam Head Balance” as follows.
1) Set the “Cam Head Balance” (Media width adjustment dial) to “0”and remove the
“Lever Head Balance”.
2) Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x6 (NI)), and detach the “Cam Head Balance” and
“Pivot Head Balance Cam”.
3. Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x4 (NI)) and detach the “Holder Guide Sensor U”.
4. Peel off the “Label Head Adjust”, “Label Head Balance” and “Label Heat Caution” from
the “SA Head Holder Base”.
Notes on reassembling:
• Apply FLOIL G-311S to the following parts marked with “
”.
Pivot Head Balance Cam: Surface
Cam Head Balance: Cam portion
• Once the label is peeled off, it cannot be reused.
