3-6. Disassembly, Reassembly and Lubrication

(2) “SA Head” and “Cam Head Adjust”
1. Separate the “Cam Hea
d Adjust” Block from the “Bracket Head” by pulling it. (Both
parts are connected via the spring “Spring Head Holder”.)
2. Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x6 (NI)) and detach the “SA Head”.
3. Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x3 (NI)) and detach the “Plate Head Earth”.
4. Remove the “Bushing Head” (2 pcs.) from the “Bracket Head” in the order of  to  as
indicated in the magnified view.
5. Remove the 1 screw (PH M3.0x8 (NI)) and also detach the “Guard Head Connector”.
6. Remove the “Spring Head Holder” and “Sheet Cable Protect” from the “Cam Head
Adjust” Block.
7. Disassemble the “Cam Head Adjust”.
1) Remove the 1 screw (PHT (#2) M3.0x8 (NI)), and detach the 1 plain washer
(3x8x0.5) and “SA Lever Head Adjust 2”.
2) Remove the 1 screw (NO1 PHT M2.0x6 (NI)), and detach the 1 plain washer
(2x5x0.3 (NI)), “Spring Adjust Cam”, “Guide Head Adjust Spring” and “Cam Head
Adjust” from the “Lever Head Adjust2”.
