Each press of the Mode
button displays the next
sideband option. Stop
when you reach the
option you require.
Refer to Section 4,
Option codes.

Press
Enter
This registers the options
you selected and allows
you to enter a channel
number.
7.
Use the numeric
buttons to enter
your choice of
channel number
between 1 and 15.
This is an example for
channel 12.
If the display shows
either ‘Full’, ‘Used’ or
‘inhib’, refer to page
7-12, Programming
display messages.
8.
Press
Enter
This registers the new
channel in your
transceiver.
You can now continue
with normal transceiver
operations.
